OnStar ... It's expensive but damn it's useful when you really need it

Now you always watch the OnStar commerical and think "yeah yeah yeah". But how many people get to say "it really works"? Well some Visalia people do!

Apparently OnStar made the Visalia Police's job just way too easy. A carjacker decided to take a new Chevy Tahoe at gunpoint at a apartment after making the people give them their wallets. Minutes later because of OnStar Visalia Police was able to track down the carjacker. OnStar disabled the car so that the carjacker could not accelerate. The police ended up catching the carjacked on foot when he fell into a pool. They arrested him soaking wet.
